I started my career as a pharmacist with a deep belief that healthcare could be the great equaliser. Over fifteen years I went on to lead hospitals, serve on boards, and build organisations across East Africa. Those years gave me a front-row seat to what separates professionals who rise from those who stay stuck — and it is almost never talent or hard work.

Today my focus is entirely on people. As a career coach, mentor, and founder of the WeRBinti Mentorship Circle, I walk alongside professionals at every stage — helping them move with strategy, clarity, and purpose. I have mentored over 630 leaders across East Africa and I have seen what happens when someone finally starts moving like they mean it.

Is Session 1 really free?

Yes — completely. No credit card required. Just register, show up, and bring a notebook. Seats are capped at 50 so register early to secure yours.

Do I need to know anything about chess?

Not at all. The chess principles are used as a thinking framework — no chess knowledge required. The sessions are designed for professionals across all industries and career levels.

Will the sessions be recorded?

Yes. Every session is recorded and a replay link will be sent within 2 hours. Replay access is available for 48 hours. VIP bundle holders receive extended replay access.

Can I join individual sessions or do I need the full series?

You can join any individual paid session for KES 1,500. Each session stands alone. However the full series pass gives you the complete framework and best value at KES 5,000 for all four paid sessions.

How do I pay in USD?

All payments are processed through Selar, which accepts both KES and USD via M-Pesa, card, and mobile money. Select your preferred currency at checkout.
